DFF Reach legal

Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This policy sets the minimum rules for using DFF Reach safely and fairly. It applies to accounts, workspaces, media, connected providers, publication requests, inbox features, links and any automation made available through the service.

Use DFF Reach responsibly

  • Use only accounts, brands, content and provider permissions that you are authorised to manage.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity.
  • Do not spam, evade provider limits, scrape the service or interfere with another workspace.
  • Fair-use and technical limits protect users, providers and shared infrastructure.

1. Authorised and lawful use

You may use DFF Reach only for lawful purposes and only within the permissions granted to your Reach account and each connected provider account.

  • Do not impersonate another person, business or public body.
  • Do not connect a Page, profile, channel or brand that you are not authorised to manage.
  • Do not evade a provider suspension, geographic restriction, age restriction or legal requirement.
  • Do not misrepresent publication receipts, analytics, approvals, ownership or account status.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

DFF Reach must not be used to create, store, schedule, transmit or promote content or conduct that is unlawful or creates a serious risk of harm.

  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, malicious links or instructions intended to compromise another system.
  • Fraud, scams, deceptive commercial practices, fabricated endorsements or materially misleading claims.
  • Harassment, credible threats, stalking, hateful abuse or content that unlawfully targets a protected group.
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, terrorist content or content that unlawfully promotes serious violence.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.
  • Unlawful advertising or promotion of regulated goods, services or activities.
  • Collection or publication of personal information without a valid purpose, authority and lawful basis.

3. Spam, authenticity and fair publishing

DFF Reach is not a tool for indiscriminate or deceptive mass distribution. Publication volume, repetition and automation must remain consistent with the destination's rules and normal legitimate brand activity.

  • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or use inbox features for harassment or list scraping.
  • Do not repeatedly publish substantially identical content merely to overwhelm a destination or manipulate visibility.
  • Do not buy, fabricate or manipulate engagement, followers, clicks, reviews or performance records through DFF Reach.
  • Do not coordinate inauthentic behaviour or conceal the commercial nature of advertising or affiliate content where disclosure is required.

4. Security and platform abuse

You must not test or use DFF Reach in a way that could expose another user's data, disrupt the service or bypass a security control. Good-faith vulnerability research must follow the Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy.

  • No unauthorised access, privilege escalation, token capture, account takeover or workspace boundary testing against real users.
  • No denial-of-service activity, destructive load testing, broad automated scanning or intentional resource exhaustion.
  • No reverse engineering, circumvention of technical restrictions or extraction of non-public source, secrets or provider authority except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
  • No scraping, bulk harvesting or resale of DFF Reach data outside an approved interface or written agreement.

5. Connected-provider rules

Every connected provider has its own terms, content standards, permission model and technical limits. You remain responsible for complying with them.

A feature being visible in DFF Reach does not authorise content that the destination prohibits. DFF Reach may block or limit a request that appears incompatible with provider requirements or the authority currently granted.

6. Fair-use and technical limits

Plans and interfaces may include publication, media, connection, API, inbox, storage or request limits. We may apply reasonable rate limits, queue controls, duplicate suppression and abuse safeguards to protect the service and providers.

We will not describe an undisclosed arbitrary limit as unlimited. Where a paid allowance materially affects normal use, the relevant plan or product surface should state it. Deliberate attempts to split, rotate or automate accounts to evade a limit may be restricted.

7. Enforcement and review

Where reasonably necessary, DFF Reach may reject content, pause a publication, restrict a feature, disconnect authority, preserve relevant evidence or suspend an account while suspected misuse is reviewed.

The response should be proportionate to the risk. Where appropriate and lawful, the user will be told what happened, whether they can continue, and what action or review route is available.

8. Reporting misuse

Report suspected misuse to support@directfoodfinder.com with the subject “DFF Reach abuse report”. Include the relevant public URL, account or workspace reference, a clear description and supporting evidence that you are authorised to share.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, raw provider tokens or unnecessary private information.
