DFF Reach legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These Terms govern use of DFF Reach. By creating or using a Reach account, you agree to use the service only for accounts, brands and content that you are authorised to manage.
Service operator
DFF Reach is operated by DIRECT FOOD FINDER MARKETPLACE LTD. It provides tools for planning, scheduling, managing and, where a provider capability has been released, publishing content to authorised destinations.
DFF Reach can operate independently of the Direct Food Finder marketplace. Connecting an eligible Direct Food Finder account is optional.
Accounts and authority
You are responsible for keeping your Reach account secure and for the actions taken through it. You must not connect a social, marketplace or other provider account unless you have authority to manage that account.
External provider connections use official authorisation flows where available. You must not supply another person's provider password to DFF Reach or attempt to bypass provider permissions.
Provider services
External destinations such as TikTok, Meta services and other networks are operated by third parties. Their APIs, review requirements, rate limits, permissions and content rules may change independently of DFF Reach.
A connected account does not mean every provider capability is available. Reach displays publishing, analytics and inbox capabilities separately and may disable a feature until its provider path has been verified.
Content and publishing
You remain responsible for content you create, upload, schedule or publish, including rights, accuracy, advertising compliance, food or business claims, privacy, intellectual property and any provider-specific rules that apply.
Scheduled delivery depends on provider availability, valid authority and compatible content at the time of publication. DFF Reach may block or mark a destination as requiring action rather than falsely representing an unsuccessful publication as complete.
Acceptable use
You must not use DFF Reach to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, evade provider restrictions, manipulate platform systems or submit content you do not have the right to use.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service or legal compliance.
Plans and billing
Plan names, allowances, prices and trial terms are shown by DFF Reach when the corresponding billing capability is live. Paid features are not owed merely because they appear in product planning material or an unreleased interface.
Where payment processing is enabled, charges and payment methods are handled through the designated payment provider and any applicable tax is added as shown at checkout.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate DFF Reach reliably, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, API restrictions, security events or legal requirements may affect availability.
We may change, add or retire features when reasonably necessary, including when an external provider changes its API or policies. Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you already hold in content you provide. You give DFF Reach the limited permission needed to process, transform, store and transmit that content solely to operate the service and carry out your requested actions.
DFF Reach software, branding, interface design and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Ending use
You may stop using DFF Reach and disconnect provider accounts. Account deletion or data requests may be subject to security checks, unresolved billing, provider revocation, dispute handling or legal-retention requirements.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
